We've been using Grab-It dishes for over 30 years, and they've been a household favorite all that time. We lost some over the years to accidents, so we were happy to see they're still available. I was concerned they may not be up to the same quality as our ones from the early 80s. If anything, the new ones are even better than the old ones. There are slight dimensional differences, but the lids still fit across both.
Still our favorite bowls in the house for soup, cereal, fruit, and so on. Not to mention if you dish up too much, pop on the lid and stick it in the fridge for later. :)

I LOVE THESE GREAT LITTLE BOWLS!! They are a must have for anyone (like me) with rheumotoid arthritis. The handles make it soooooo much easier for me to lift these bowls, especially (when hot) out of the microwave.
I have every kind of plastic bowl & container you can think of (tupperware, rubbermaid, lock-&-lock, etc.) and they all pit (melt) in the microwave with anything containing a high fat content, oil, sugar, tomato, high acid base, etc. These Corning Ware bowls continue to look brand new even after years of use. Also, with research showing links to cancer from plastics, I feel much better using the C.W. bowls in the microwave for my 3 yr. old Granddaughter's foods.
You just can't go wrong with these bowls. They do it all, freezer, fridge, microwave & oven. I love serving chili, stews and chowders in them....they're just the perfect size.
Unlike plastic that stains, pits, warps & cracks...if you purchase these you will have blemish-free, new looking bowls for years to come.

I wish these weren't so expensive, but they work great for morning oatmeal in the microwave!

A bit pricey, but having broken one of these after 20 years or so, nothing else I tried came close. Handle stays cool, vs. others I tried.

I've not been enamored by any pot or pan or utensil, other than my Mother's potato ricer, that can come close to owning this Corningware piece. I love it! It's multipurpose, convenient, stores well and cleans so easily it continues to look brand new for many years. I will say that chili soup does leave a slight stain on the cover but with a little vinegar and water, it's gone! My daughter, a college student, has taken ownership of at least one! And when she can't find it the night before to prepare her lunch for the next day -- she majorly loses it. Not finding it means another COLD sandwich and carrots instead of a warm meal for the next day. When filled with left overs from the night before - meatloaf, rice and brocolli - the last thing she reaches for on school days after the coat, backpack, lipstick and purse is opening the refrigerator door to grab her lunch! Corning, you saved the day!

These work great. I mostly use for individual chicken pot pies. I make them up put the lids on and place them in my freezer. When I want one I pull it out and cook it.

I accidently broke one of these Corningware bowls that I've had for nearly 20 years and was very happy to find a replacement. They are the perfect size for a serving of soup or chili and are great in the micro-wave. The only thing new is the plastic cover. They fit tightly and I suppose would make anyone happy who uses them. Personally I could do without the cover, I use a paper towel in the microwave to prevent spills, but could see a use for the cover on occasion. These bowls are easy to clean and should last forever if you don't drop them on a tile floor!

Love these Grab It dishes. The best for left-overs. Just pops into microwave or oven (without the lid, of course).
